In a shaker tin with ice pour and shake: Smoke rocks glass while you are making cocktail 2 oz Bozal Ensamble mezcal (Yellow Bottle) .75 oz lime .5 oz mango .5 oz OJ .5 oz maple 4 dashes of smokehouse habanero 2 dashes orange bitters Add a scoop of ice to the smoked rocks glass and strain. Spritz dehydrated orange slice with everclear in the glass. Light orange slice and serve.
